When our user sends an enquiry, you will be notified immediately via email. In order to communicate and respond, you would be directed to your Inbox on Delegate PRO where you can manage all leads and enquiries on Delegate.

No, Delegate PRO Basic will always be free! It is a permanent plan that is available for all our vendors however, there will be restricted access to certain features.

Registering for a subscription plan enables you to continuously receive streams of email notifications from potential clients, publish unlimited portfolios and packages and enjoy a suite of marketing services. Delegate PRO Advance is the most popular subscription plan amongst our vendors. Vendors on both plans have their contact information readily accessible to users and are able to view their inbox and interested users on Delegate PRO.
Delegate PRO Platinum is our premium plan that unlocks all the features of Delegate PRO with a full suite of customized marketing solutions. This plan is limited to a number of vendors per category and city. Availability relies on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Credit is a means of measuring the performance of your vendor profile. One credit is deducted every time a user messages you on Delegate. One credit is also deducted if an interested user chooses to unlock the contact information on your vendor profile. You can access this information through our Interested Users tab on Delegate PRO. View your credit balance anytime from Delegate PRO.
You can upgrade your subscription plan through the Billing tab on Delegate PRO. You will be charged only for the difference between current and new plans. If you upgrade within the month, the cost will be automatically prorated. If you wish to downgrade or change your subscription plan, please send us an email on [email protected]
Standard subscription periods are available for 3 months and 6 months. The subscription plan starts on the day it is approved or activated.

When trying to login to Delegate PRO, kindly click I Forgot My Password and fill in your account details. An automatic email notification will be sent to your registered email address accordingly.
When a user chooses to hire you on Delegate, they would be required to pay a 50% deposit on the total agreed cost through our payment gateway provider. The deposit excluding our service fees will be transferred to you within 3 to 5 business days. You can collect the remaining balance direct from the user on the date of the event or as per agreed between the user and yourself.
We charge a straight 5% service fee for every successful transaction closed on Delegate. The fee is inclusive of the transaction fees charged by our payment gateway provider and to cover our administrative costs. At Delegate, we always keep things transparent!
Our payment system makes it easier for users to make payments and for vendors to receive them. We require the bank account details so that we can direct all payment collected on your behalf to your account, keeping you free from any hassles.
Yes, you can choose to cancel anytime and we will not charge you for the next billing cycle.
