How does Delegate select the vendors we work with?

We pride ourselves with only working with vendors who come highly recommended or whom we have worked with personally before. Instead of focusing on growing on the volume of vendors, we are trying to foster an engaging community of users and to provide them with a selected pool of recommended vendors to choose from.

How long is the commitment period to be on Delegate and should there be unforeseen circumstances, how can vendors withdraw from their participation?

The commitment period will be for one year however at any point, vendors would be able to withdraw on their participation by informing us, in writing fourteen (14) days before the desired termination date.

How can I sign up and participate on Delegate?

You can sign up directly on our vendor page to be listed on Delegate. Upon signing up, your login details will follow. A team member will also reach out to share more about our user journey and how our Vendor Admin Panel works to ensure you get the most out of it!

What are our image guidelines?

We recommend to upload at least 5 to 8 images to our gallery with each image not exceeding 8MB in size. Some suggested DOs and DON’Ts when picking the images include:

DOs

    Do provide images in landscape as they look aesthetically best in our gallery
    Do provide as many images as possible to properly showcase what you can offer
    Do showcase real events that you have participated in especially those that potential clients might find interesting

DON'Ts

    Don’t provide images with any logos, watermarks or event names
    Don’t provide images that have been heavily edited, that have borders or curved edges
    Don’t provide images that feature promotions, product details or contact details etc.
    Don’t provide a collage of images as it would not look best aesthetically in our gallery

How will I know when I receive an enquiry?

When our user sends an enquiry, you will be notified immediately via email. In order to communicate and respond, you would be directed to our message centre on our Vendor Admin Panel where you can manage all leads and enquiries on Delegate.

What happens when a dispute occurs?

Reach out to us at hello@justdelegate.co and a team member will be assigned to review and understand your case. The resolution will be based on our policies and in some cases, we may need to contact you to gather additional information, before we can make a decision. While we’re always happy to help, it may take more time to reach a resolution when Delegate is asked to intervene. Because of this, we recommend only choosing to involve us if you’re unable to work things out with your clients directly.

How do I login as a vendor on Delegate?

Once you have received your login details, simply login via our vendor page at www.justdelegate.co/forvendors

I can't login as a vendor. What should I do?

Kindly contact our support team via email hello@justdelegate.co or via our Vendor Admin Tool. A team member will respond to you within 24 hours to address any issues you face.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Kindly click ‘I forgot my password’ at the login panel and fill in the e-mail address that you used to register for your account. A team member will assist you by resetting your password accordingly.

What are the Awards and Badges and how do awards & badges work?

Our Awards & Badges is our way of rewarding our lovely vendors and to make sure that you get the most out of our Delegate community. By attaining these awards and badges, vendors get to optimize their listing and gain more marketing exposure!

How do Awards & Badges work?

Our Awards & Badges are awarded when you reach certain targets. For instance, receiving more than 3 five-star reviews on Delegate or getting featured on our blog. The more awards and badges you earn, the higher your ranking will be on Delegate. This will help boost the views of your vendor profile and increase your chances of securing a lead.

How do I keep track of my awards and badges?

You can access and keep track of the number of awards and badges from our Vendor Admin Panel.

Pricing & Payment Gateway

Are there any fees to be listed as a vendor on Delegate?

Delegate is a free-to- list platform. However, we do charge a commission fee for each successful hire booked through Delegate. Should we make any changes or additions to our fees, we will be sure to keep all vendors and users updated in advance.

How will users pay for the services they have hired on Delegate?

Once a user has hired our vendor, they would be required to pay a 50% deposit of the total agreed cost via our payment gateway. This deposit will be transferred to you within 3-5 working days. The remaining amount will be collected separately between you and the client.

Why do I need to provide my bank account details when I sign up?

Our Delegate payment gateway system makes it easier for users to make payments and for vendors to receive them. We require the bank account details so that we can direct all outstanding payments to your account, keeping you free from any hassles.

How will Delegate collect commissions on successful transactions?

We will monitor and track all confirmations and successful payments. At the end of every calendar month, we will compute a monthly sales report on all successful transactions and fees payable or receivable to Delegate accordingly.

How can I make my vendor profile appear at the top?

Our vendors are listed according to their level of popularity. This is Delegate’s unique algorithm determined by a number of factors i.e. Reviews, Response Time, Awards & Badges etc.

How should I optimise my listing on Delegate to get more clients?

We recommend you to upload as much details as possible to your vendor profile so that our users can better understand your services and packages before they decide whether to enquire with you. We also highly encourage you to showcase your portfolio by uploading at least 10 hi- res images. For venue spaces, we recommend you to upload your floor plans, menus, price lists and images of your venue space.

How can I get featured or promoted by Delegate?

We are committed in helping you to gain as much marketing exposure as possible. Therefore, we showcase our vendors through our blog, EDMs as well as social media platforms. We also offer exclusive sponsorships and collaboration opportunities to our vendors.
