If you’re are having trouble reaching an agreement with one of our vendors or would like to dispute any issues, you’ll have the option to involve Delegate by writing to us at helpdesk@justdelegate.co

When you choose to involve Delegate, our team member will be assigned to review and understand your case. The resolution will be based on our policies and the documentation provided to you when you have confirmed and booked for the vendor. In some cases, we may need to contact you to gather additional information, before we can make a decision.

While we’re always happy to help, it may take more time to reach a resolution when Delegate is asked to intervene. Because of this, we recommend only choosing to involve us if you’re unable to work things out with your vendors directly.

It is also important to keep in mind that Delegate’s decision may not always align with the resolution you were hoping for. By asking to involve Delegate, you are agreeing to accept the final decision that we reach.
