All the changes to the event details are to be made no later than 7 days prior to the event (the
date can only be changed once)
Cancellation policy:
14 days prior to the event = free
14 to 7 days = 20% penalty of total price
Less than 7 days = 100% penalty of total price
A 50% prepayment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is to be paid on the day of the event.
